Help page to properly inform your account on our secure platform.

In order to receive the TIPS on your bank account and in order to meet European anti-fraud and anti-money laundering standards, we will ask you for some information, such as your IBAN, your identity document (which you can take a photo of ) and an invoice proving your place of residence.

All this via the secure STRIPE platform which meets GDPR standards as well as the highest data security.

These steps only need to be done once.

Choose "Individual" if you want a QrCode per person.

Choose "Company" if you want a QrCode per company. The Tips will then be paid into a single account.

Indicate the type of activity carried out

Restaurant, bar, etc.

Tip: Hair salon, beauty salon, etc., are found in the "Personal Services" section.

If you do not have a website click on add a description and fill in the

You will then be asked to photograph your ID or driver's license. Artificial intelligence will automatically validate your document.

Ditto for your proof of address.

Once all these steps have been completed, don't forget to validate. You will then have your QRcode available.
